Françoise has over 25 years’ experience in corporate management and translation.

Ian A. Henderson
Ian is co-founder of Rubric. During the last 25 years, Ian has partnered with Rubric customers to deliver relevant Global Content to their end users, enabling them to reap the rewards of globalization, benefit from agile workflows, and guarantee the integrity of their content. Prior to founding Rubric, Ian worked as a software engineer for Siemens in Germany.
Susannah joined Rubric as a project manager in 1997. Since 2011, she has spearheaded the growth of the Rubric production team. Susannah excels at identifying and fostering world-class talent, with a keen eye for incremental process improvement, boosting efficiencies, and introducing new technologies to help clients optimize their Global Content.
Dominic has worked in IT contract positions for over 25 years; these include a year with BP in their Paris office, a position as a Web Developer for Tamedia in Zurich and a Web Performance Manager at UPC Broadband in Amsterdam. Before heading up IT at Rubric, Dominic was a Solutions Architect and Head of IT for ESPC (UK). He uses his 25+ years of experience in IT to help Rubric build and maintain localization platforms, implementing tools that support every project’s success.
Global Content Business Analyst
Rebecca has a wealth of experience in the localization industry. Her focus is on expert business analysis of clients’ global content needs, content and data architecture, globalization strategy and working practices. Key to Rebecca’s role is understanding a client’s process, what success and value mean to them, and what outcomes are required for quality content and ROI. Rebecca designs solutions and frameworks that deliver long-term globalization success.
Human Resources Manager
Jane has worked with Rubric for over 15 years and is closely involved in all aspects of the people side of the business, supporting growth through recruitment and staff development. Jane previously worked at Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton, where she developed expertise in graduate recruitment and L&D. Jane is also a Chartered MCIPD and is on the British Psychological Society’s Register for the use of psychometric assessments.
