Overview

Negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Prior to starting any engagement, a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be developed and negotiated with the client.
• The SOW will outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities of both parties.
• Both Rubric and the client must agree to the terms specified in the SOW before proceeding.

Approval Process

• The negotiated SOW will be reviewed and approved by both parties to ensure that all expectations are clearly defined and agreed upon.
• Any revisions or modifications to the SOW must be documented and mutually approved in writing.

Payment Terms

• Payment will be initiated only after the SOW has been finalized and mutually agreed upon.
• Clients will receive an invoice outlining the agreed-upon fees and payment schedule as detailed in the SOW.
• No payments will be taken or processed until the SOW is fully executed and approved by both parties.

Commencement of Work

• Work on projects will begin only after the SOW has been signed by both Rubric and the client, and the initial payment (if any) as specified in the SOW has been received.
• Rubric is dedicated to delivering high-quality services as outlined in the SOW and will maintain open communication with the client throughout the project.

Amendments and Revisions

• Any changes to the project scope or deliverables will require an amended SOW.
• Amendments will be negotiated and must be approved in writing by both parties before implementation.
