Françoise Henderson

Chief Executive Officer
Françoise is co-founder of Rubric, overseeing worldwide operations and Global Content strategy. Under her guidance, Rubric has generated agile KPI-driven globalization workflows for its clients, reducing time to market across multiple groups and increasing quality and ROI. Françoise has over 25 years’ experience in corporate management and translation.
Ian

Ian A. Henderson

Chief Technology Officer
Ian is co-founder of Rubric. During the last 25 years, Ian has partnered with Rubric customers to deliver relevant Global Content to their end users, enabling them to reap the rewards of globalization, benefit from agile workflows, and guarantee the integrity of their content. Prior to founding Rubric, Ian worked as a software engineer for Siemens in Germany.

Susannah Eccles

Operations Director
Susannah joined Rubric as a project manager in 1997. Since 2011, she has spearheaded the growth of the Rubric production team. Susannah excels at identifying and fostering world-class talent, with a keen eye for incremental process improvement, boosting efficiencies, and introducing new technologies to help clients optimize their Global Content.
Dominic

Dominic Spurling

IT Director
Dominic has worked in IT for over 25 years. His experience includes being a Web Developer for Tamedia in Zurich, a Web Performance Manager at UPC Broadband in Amsterdam, and most recently a Solutions Architect and Head of IT for ESPC. He helps Rubric build and maintain localization platforms, and implement tools that support every project’s success.
Rebecca

Rebecca Metcalf

Global Content Business Analyst
Rebecca joined Rubric in 2007 and focuses on business analysis of clients’ global content needs, content and data architecture, globalization strategy and working practices. Key to Rebecca’s role is understanding a client’s process, what success and value mean to them. Rebecca is a certified Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and holds the Association for Project Management (APM) Practitioner Qualification (PQ).

Jane Sheldon

Human Resources Manager
Jane has worked with Rubric for over 15 years and is closely involved in all aspects of the people side of the business, supporting growth through recruitment and staff development. Jane previously worked at Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton, where she developed expertise in graduate recruitment and L&D. Jane is also a Chartered MCIPD and is on the British Psychological Society’s Register for the use of psychometric assessments.

Alicja Weikop

Lead Project Manager
Alicja completed a Masters in Human Centered Computer Systems before starting her career as a technical translator, including a long period collaborating with Tumblr localizing their Polish interface. After relocating to Edinburgh with her family, Rubric was a natural next step in her career. Since joining Rubric in 2018 Alicja has developed expertise in e-learning localization.

Luca Sueri

Lead Project Manager
Luca leads a portfolio of localization projects, ranging from enterprise software UI to skin care packaging. His team optimizes each of his clients’ workflows to match their needs. Luca joined Rubric in 2015 with a Master’s in Translation Studies from the University of Edinburgh and is certified under the Association for Project Management (APM) with the Project Management Qualification (PMQ).

Mai-anh Peterson

Senior Project Manager
Mai-anh's background is rooted in the Arts and Literature, with an MSc in Literary Translation from the University of Edinburgh, but since joining the Rubric team in 2013 her career has shifted towards technical expertise. Based in Dakar (Senegal), Mai-anh specializes in app & software localization, and holds the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification (PMQ).

Victoria Milton

Senior Project Manager
Before joining Rubric in 2013, Victoria achieved a Masters in Translation and Computer Assisted Translation Tools at Heriot Watt University. Victoria has continued to develop her expertise in CAT tools and is an expert in this field. Victoria holds the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
