What are the content "tiers" in Assured AI?
Your "mission critical" content is where errors or inconsistencies could significantly impact your brand. Think high-profile marketing material, legal or regulatory information, and user interface labels. We prioritize this (typically 10% of your content) for human translation, to ensure the highest quality. Your remaining "high throughput" content—lower-risk items such as support articles, documentation, and user-generated content—is automatically translated, using the custom AI model to enforce your rules and branding. Robust governance and quality controls bring in human review where it's needed.
How is Assured AI different to MTPE?
With machine translation post-editing (MTPE), a human linguist typically reviews and quality-checks all of your AI outputs. This is inefficient and costs can soon add up. Assured AI takes a more strategic approach, targeting human expertise, so you only pay for what you need. And because the model is trained on human translations and your own glossary, it delivers better results than generic AI, with far less rework.
What sort of jobs are most suitable for Assured AI?
We can use Assured AI anywhere you want to benefit from the time and cost savings of AI, while protecting your translation quality and brand integrity. In general though, the more content you give us, the greater the benefits—so it's ideal when you have large volumes of content or need to scale quickly across languages.
