The Rubric Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Rubric’s web sites. If you are a resident of the USA, your relationship is with Rubric, Inc. If you reside outside of the USA, your relationship is with Rubric Europe Ltd, which is the controller of your information and the laws of Scotland apply.

Personal Card Information

All Personal Card Information collected when you use our web sites is processed by independent 3rd party PCI compliant partners. Details of these can be obtained by writing to privacy@rubric.com.

Personal Health Information

We do not collect any Personal Health Information.

 

How does Rubric use the information collected about you?

Rubric uses the information collected about you to tailor our web sites and marketing to make them more relevant to you.

 

Does Rubric share the information collected about you?

Rubric works with other companies to help run our business. These companies may have access to some of the information collected about you in order to provide services on our behalf. These companies are not allowed to use the information Rubric collected about you for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information for any other purpose.

 

Where does Rubric store your information?

Rubric and the companies we hire to help run our business store your information on servers located in the USA, Ireland and other countries. In the course of running our business you information may therefore cross international borders.
