Françoise is co-founder of Rubric, overseeing worldwide operations and Global Content strategy. Under her guidance, Rubric has generated agile KPI-driven globalization workflows for its clients, reducing time to market across multiple groups and increasing quality and ROI. Françoise has over 20 years’ experience in corporate management and translation.
Chief Technology Officer
Ian is co-founder of Rubric. During the last 20 years, Ian has partnered with Rubric customers to deliver relevant Global Content to their end users, enabling them to reap the rewards of globalization, benefit from agile workflows, and guarantee the integrity of their content. Prior to founding Rubric, Ian worked as a software engineer for Siemens in Germany.
Susannah joined Rubric as a project manager in 1997. Since 2011, she has spearheaded the growth of the Rubric Global Content production team. Susannah excels at identifying and fostering world-class talent, with a keen eye for incremental process improvement, boosting efficiencies, and introducing new technologies to help the business manage and optimize the Global Content of its clients.
Human Resources Manager
Jane has worked with Rubric for over 15 years and is closely involved in all aspects of the people side of the business, supporting growth through recruitment and staff development. Jane previously worked at Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton, where she developed expertise in graduate recruitment and L&D. Jane is also a Chartered MCIPD and is on the British Psychological Society’s Register for the use of psychometric assessments.
Senior Sales Executive
Jonathan is a proven strategic sales and customer service leader with over 8 years of experience with Strive Logistics. Jon first joined the Chicago office working as a Customer and Carrier Sales Representative. He relocated to Texas in 2012 to help open a new Strive Logistics office, playing a key role in building their client base and developing a sales team. Since 2015 as the Customer Sales Manager in Austin, Jon has managed a team of 15 sales representatives.
Dominic worked at ESPC (UK) Ltd since Oct ’07. ESPC is a Scottish based property marketing company, headquartered in Edinburgh, which lists properties from a large network of solicitor estate agents and markets them through their website. He joined as a Solutions Architect, and was promoted to Head of IT in December ’15. Before joining ESPC, Dominic had worked for 2 years as a Web Performance Manager at UPC broadband, based in Amsterdam.
Dominic graduated from Durham University in ’97 with a BSc in Chemistry, and between ’97 and ’05 he undertook a number of IT contract positions, including a year with BP in their Paris office and a position as a Web Developer for Tamedia in Zurich.
